Laure trained first at Domaine Rossignol Trapet, then at La Sorga. Sébastien, originally from the Montpellier region, spent his childhood among his father's vineyards before working for \u003cstrong\u003eAlice and Olivier De Moor\u003c\/strong\u003e in Chablis. In 2015, Laure and Sébastien traveled to Eastern Europe to explore different approaches to viticulture and winemaking. In 2018, they settled on 3.5 hectares of vines in Claret. From these vines came their first wines: Pichoun, Cadène, Ribou, and Orbite.
