Trees and plants reclaim their place as companions to the vine, in harmony. \u003cstrong\u003ePruning\u003c\/strong\u003e is a crucial step to avoid wounds and respect the flow of sap. The soil is not plowed; using a small tracked vehicle, they roll down weeds after they have gone to seed.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\n\u003cdiv\u003e \u003cspan\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s2\"\u003eChloé and Jordan planted 21 fruit trees in 2022, and they plan to continue planting each year, varying the species.
