The Syrah, Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Carignan and Grenache Blanc grape varieties, grown organically, come from the south of the Ardèche, on a high-altitude terroir located in \u003cstrong\u003eGras\u003c\/strong\u003e on a clay-limestone plateau between \u003cstrong\u003eVallon Pont d'Arc\u003c\/strong\u003e and the typical village of \u003cstrong\u003eSaint-Montan\u003c\/strong\u003e .\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e This late-ripening terroir produces wines distinguished by their freshness. Maceration is carried out without punching down or pumping over; it lasts between five and twenty-five days depending on the cuvée.
