Gringet Estate

Dominique Belluard , we will remember him for a long time, particularly for his " Feu " and "Mont Blanc" . His tireless work and rigor brought to light the Gringet , a nearly unknown grape variety whose presence is concentrated in Ayze in Savoie.
We are delighted to present the last grapes harvested by Dominique in 2020. These grapes bear witness to his work, and their aging was overseen by Jean-François Ganevat before Vincent Ruiz took over the estate. The latter could not have paid a better tribute than by renaming it Domaine du Gringet .
