Collection: Wine vs. Wild
Olivier Chéreau, sommelier consultant, organizer of the Savoyard trade fair Jour Fruit in Savoie, moved to the production side in 2021, creating his own estate.
The estate, created from scratch and located in Savièse (Sion/Central Valais), covers an area of one hectare, between 750 and 800 meters above sea level, on limestone and schist soil. The vines are cultivated with respect for living organisms.
