Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the cavefrenchtheory.com website (the “Site”), operated by ARMODY SERVICES under the trade name French Theory Cave.
Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Purchases made on the Site are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale, supplemented in particular by the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy available on the Site.
2. Access to the Site
French Theory Cave endeavours to ensure the accessibility and proper functioning of the Site.
Access to the Site may, however, be temporarily interrupted, in particular for maintenance or updates, for technical reasons or due to circumstances beyond the control of French Theory Cave.
French Theory Cave reserves the right to develop, modify or update the Site and its features.
3. Information Available on the Site
French Theory Cave takes great care with the information, descriptions and content published on the Site.

In the event of unauthorised use of an account or suspected security breach, the Customer is invited to contact French Theory Cave at info@cavefrenchtheory.com.
French Theory Cave may suspend or delete an account in the event of fraudulent or unlawful use of the Site or a serious breach of these Terms of Use, without prejudice to the rights enjoyed by the Customer under applicable law.
5. Use of the Site
The Site must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law.
In particular, it is prohibited to attempt to gain fraudulent access to the Site or its computer systems, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious software or use the Site in any way that may infringe the rights of French Theory Cave or third parties.

French Theory Cave implements reasonable measures to ensure the proper functioning and security of the Site.
French Theory Cave cannot, however, be held liable for interruptions or malfunctions resulting in particular from maintenance operations, issues affecting the Internet network, third-party equipment or services, circumstances attributable to the user, or events of force majeure.
Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to limit or have the effect of limiting the rights enjoyed by consumers under applicable law.
French Theory Cave’s liability in relation to orders, payments, products and deliveries is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with the use of the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
10. Marketing Communications
Subscription to a newsletter or any other marketing communication is optional.
The Customer may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the communications received.
Creating an account or making a purchase does not, in itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications where the Customer’s consent is required under applicable regulations.
11. Changes to the Terms of Use
French Theory Cave may amend these Terms of Use, in particular to reflect changes to the Site, its features or applicable regulations.
The applicable version is the version published on the Site at the time it is consulted.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law.
For consumer users residing in another European Union country, this provision does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence where applicable.
