In-store pickup

Orders placed on cavefrenchtheory.com can be collected free of charge from French Theory at:

75005 Paris

Orders can be collected from the reception desk of the French Theory hotel, Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 9pm.

We recommend waiting until you receive the email or SMS confirming that your order is ready before coming to collect it.

When collecting an order, the Customer must present the order confirmation email or SMS. We recommend checking that the order is complete and in good condition before leaving French Theory and reporting any issue immediately.

Parcel delivery

French Theory offers home delivery through the Viticolis / UPS network.

The usual delivery time is 24 to 72 hours from the time the order is dispatched. This timeframe is provided for guidance only.
