Aurélien used all 23 plots of the estate during the 2022 vintage harvest: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Pinot Gris and Petit Meslier.

In the glass, La Guinguette is a Champagne that speaks for itself: fine and creamy bubbles, assertive vinosity, elegant tension, and that unique mineral signature , inherited from the chalky soils of the estate.
