Mémé Marie 2022

Each vintage, François redraws its contours, in search of a balance between Chardonnay and Savagnin .
In 2022, the blend consists of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Savagnin , from the Sous Roche plot in Château-Chalon .

For this vintage, François extended the aging process to 30 months , as with his great single-vineyard wines.
The result: a refined, taut wine, both pure and profound.

Mémé Marie 2022 stands out for its remarkable aromatic concentration :
a palette where herbaceous notes , dried fruits , and rooty nuances mingle.
It features the markers of the terroir, but also that unique touch — a mineral vibration, a tranquil, almost meditative energy.

Already delicious today, this is a wine made for aging , which deserves to be opened at least two hours before serving .
The hardest part? Finding the patience to wait.
