In 2020, five friends embarked on a winemaking adventure by planting a 1.3 ha Chenin vineyard in Aiglerie, on a terroir of schist and aeolian sands in the prestigious Savennières appellation.

Three years later, in 2022, the first vintage was harvested and vinified in the newly renovated winery: Domaine de l'AM – named for Anne-Madeleine, the estate's guiding figure – was born. Driven by a desire to produce a wine that reflects their vision, these passionate winemakers cultivate the vines according to a few fundamental principles: organic farming practices, limited use of copper and sulfur, minimal soil cultivation, and grazing of the vines by sheep. The estate benefits from a highly diverse ecosystem, guaranteed by its proximity to one of the five vineyards of the Savennières appellation: woods, ponds, hedgerows, beehives, trees, and fruit trees, even within the vineyard itself.
