Vignoble du Pagure

Le Vignoble du Pagure is one of our most exciting discoveries of recent years. Behind this young estate is Hugo Courvoisier, a winemaker whose work impresses as much by its precision as by its sensitivity.

In 2022, he took over 3.1 hectares of vines nestled in the Loue Valley, in the heart of the Doubs region, just a few kilometers from the Jura. In this landscape of limestone cliffs and forests, he crafts wines that prioritize the expression of fruit and terroir above all else.

In the vineyard, no herbicides or synthetic products are used. The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness, then vinified with minimal intervention. Fermentations are spontaneous, and the aging process is gentle, without seeking to over-extract the wines, but rather to preserve their energy and freshness.

The result is remarkable: vibrant, luminous, and incredibly clean cuvées. Natural wines that never seek a stylistic effect, but rather accuracy. An already very personal signature, driven by a true winemaking talent.
