In Orbagna, in the Southern Revermont, the vineyard embraces a succession of hillsides where marl and limestone emerge under the woods. Here, the topography fragments the landscape as much as it shapes the wines. Each plot has its own rhythm, its own light, its own way of retaining water or restoring freshness.

It is in this setting that Guillaume Overnoy has been building a domain since 2013, with each vintage further asserting its identity. On just over five hectares spread between Orbagna, Beaufort, and Cesancey, he seeks less to impose a style than to reveal the nuances of each site.

Organic conversion, indigenous yeast fermentations, measured use of sulfur, and patient aging are never an end in themselves. They are the tools of a discreet viticulture, designed to let the soils speak before the technique.

The resulting wines are distinguished by their balance. The Chardonnays combine breadth and tension with remarkable mineral precision. The reds favor the finesse of fruit, energy, and movement rather than showmanship. A contemporary interpretation of the Southern Revermont, faithful to its landscape and deeply rooted in its terroir.
