Collection: Romain Hénin

Their vineyard covers just over six hectares around Aÿ-en-Champagne, on soils combining clay, limestone, and silt characteristic of the Marne Valley. Pinot Meunier finds a particularly vibrant expression there, Pinot Noir brings its depth, while Chardonnay illuminates the blends with its natural tension.

The vines are cultivated without herbicides or synthetic pesticides. Grapes are harvested at full maturity, fermentations occur thanks to indigenous yeasts, and aging favors time over intervention. Every choice seeks to preserve the balance of the grape and the identity of the vintage.

Romain and Thomas Hénin's Champagnes do not seek power or stylistic effect. They prioritize precision of textures, depth of the wines, and that sensation of energy that extends each bottle far beyond the bubbles.
