Collection: Sunshine in a Bottle
|
On your pre-departure list, make sure you have some clementines in your cellar. This wine from Théodore Planas-Rastoin is our 2021 favorite. We still have a few bottles left, but we're not sure if there will be any left when you get back!
Another rarity is Théodore's Sparkling Wine , which will remain his only natural sparkling wine, produced in 2015, the year of his first vintage as a winemaker.
Still in the South, the sharp Mustango from Wilfried Valat, in Calce near Perpignan, will pair wonderfully with fish and seasonal vegetables.
And if you're looking for thrills, Jean-Marc Dreyer's Brutal maceration in Alsace is an exotic explosion, and it's very... Bruuutaaal!!!
