Within his 1.5 hectares of vines, Pierre cultivates Life as in a garden where each day is an ode to its queen, Nature . Meticulous, Pierre knows in detail the mineralogical composition of the vineyard soil and its inhabitants who coexist there and work to bring us pleasure. Fascinated by the cosmic universe, his wines evoke a planet – Pluto – a space probe – Rosetta – or even the first canine cosmonaut – Laika . Pierre works his vines in accordance with the lunar calendar. Herbal teas and plant decoctions nurture the health of the vines, and green manures composed of alfalfa, oats, and mustard are used.  enhance their liveliness.
