Clarum 2024 comes from Clos des Vaudelles, a Cabernet Franc parcel made using infusion winemaking to highlight texture finesse and fruit vibrancy.
It has a light, almost translucent color. The nose evokes fresh red berries, Mediterranean herbs, and some sweet spices, with a surprisingly sunny character for a Loire wine.
On the palate, the texture remains ethereal, carried by a constant energy. The tannins are barely perceptible, and the fresh, precise finish prolongs the wine without ever weighing it down.
A free interpretation of Cabernet Franc, as easy to share as it is to talk about.
The kind of bottle capable of shifting perceptions… and creating doubt during a blind tasting.
