Le Clos de Monsieur Noly holds a special place in the universe of Maison Valette.

From a parcel of old vines located in Pouilly-Fuissé, it concentrates all that makes Philippe Valette's work singular: biodynamic viticulture, minimal intervention in the cellar, and absolute trust in time.

This cuvée blends the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, and 2018 vintages. After fermentations led by indigenous yeasts, the wine undergoes an exceptionally long aging period before bottling. A rhythm that has become rare in Burgundy, which allows the material to gain depth, precision, and stability, without ever seeking power.

The nose reveals great complexity, blending ripe yellow fruits, candied citrus, dried flowers, fine honey, dried fruits, and wet stone. On the palate, the wine impresses with its balance: a full and silky texture, immediately supported by a chalky energy that extends the tasting towards a saline, vibrant, and remarkably persistent finish.

Le Clos de Monsieur Noly is a wine of patience. Already fascinating today, it will continue to evolve for many years in the cellar, gradually revealing the full depth of its terroir and its aging.
