Joujou 2022

Joujou 2022 is the kind of bottle that reminds us why Gamay is one of the greatest pleasure grapes when grown on the granites of Beaujolais. From a plot perched at an altitude of 330 meters, this wine combines the brilliance of fruit with a mineral depth that gives it much more complexity than it first appears.

The bunches are vinified through carbonic and semi-carbonic maceration to preserve all the freshness of the grape. The 2022 vintage offers a more generous body, perfectly balanced by the natural tension of the terroir. Red berries dominate the aromatics, enhanced by delicate floral notes of rose and a fresh, mouth-watering finish that immediately calls for another sip.
