For one evening, we will explore a Burgundy that does not seek to demonstrate, but to transmit a true sensation of life.
With the seven cuvées selected from Simon Faure, Maison Valette, Domaine Sextant, Clos des Vignes du Maynes and Jérémy Recchione, we will travel through different Burgundian landscapes — from the Mâconnais to Chambolle-Musigny — to observe how the soils, aging processes and cellar choices sculpt the matter of the wine.
Tense and deep whites, long aging, textures, and delicate Pinot Noir to conclude the tasting.
An evening designed as a sensitive reading of contemporary Burgundy: freer, more embodied, profoundly linked to the places that shape it.
