Rodéo comes from the granite terraces of Sécheras, where 30 to 40-year-old Marsanne and Roussanne vines draw their energy from an austere and luminous terroir.
The nose opens with notes of fresh apricot, white flowers, hawthorn, and sun-baked stone. With aeration, a more mineral dimension appears, bringing depth and freshness.
The palate surprises with its balance. The eight months spent in Spanish tinajas preserve the fruit's brilliance while giving the wine a full, never heavy, texture. The body remains taut, carried by a salinity that lengthens the finish and reveals the full granitic identity of the site.
A precise and lively white Saint-Joseph, where the natural generosity of Marsanne and Roussanne is constantly balanced by the terroir's energy.
