With this second chapter, Romain and Thomas Hénin continue their work on a Brut Nature Champagne vinified without any additives or added sulfur. A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay where the more structured body remains supported by fine bubbles and a long, saline tension.

We designed this six-bottle set for those who wish to go further with this cuvée: open one now, forget a few in the cellar, and rediscover, over time, the different expressions of this 2023 vintage.
