S.A. (Sans Année) is the synthesis of Flavien Nowack's vision, the best gateway to his world. The Sans Année captures, year after year, the identity of Vandières.
The 2023 base is enriched with a quarter of reserve wines from over ten vintages, from 2012 to 2022. This memory of the estate brings depth and complexity, while the largely dominant Meunier naturally expresses the identity of this western part of the Marne Valley. The Chardonnay refines the contours, brings tension and extends the wine's momentum.
Aging in barrels and foudres discretely accompanies this substance. Uncorked, S.A. reveals a Champagne of great precision, where the effervescence gradually fades behind a vinous texture, a saline energy, and a remarkably precise finish.
Like all the estate's cuvées, S.A. invites discovery of a landscape and unveils Flavien Nowack's interpretation of his village.
