Champ Couturier is probably Alexandre Bain's most unique cuvée.

Here, Sauvignon definitively moves away from the grape's usual characteristics. The fruit is no longer at the forefront. It gradually gives way to a full-bodied, profound texture, where sweet spices, candied citrus, warm stone, and a slight smoky touch intermingle.

The long aging process gives the wine an almost tactile texture. The bitterness forms the backbone, while the salinity prolongs a finish of remarkable persistence.

This is a wine that requires time. Both in the glass and in the cellar.

A bottle for lovers of great gastronomic whites, capable of making one forget the grape variety and letting only the place, the substance, and the time speak.
