J’en Veux Encore 2024

J’en Veux Encore brings together Gamay from Fleurie and Jura grape varieties in a blend crafted by Anne and Jean-François Ganevat. The fruit of the Beaujolais meets a spicier expression, shaping a supple red with a free-spirited character.

Semi-carbonic maceration, followed by ageing in a conical vat, favours a delicate texture and bright aromatics. Small red berries mingle with floral nuances, while a touch of pepper lends definition.

On the palate, the wine flows easily, carried by juicy fruit and fine tannins. Freshness runs through the supple texture, extending into a lively, gently spiced finish. A generous, expressive red, naturally suited to the table and to sharing.
