Bourgogne Aligoté "Les Cerisiers" 2023

For Julie and Jérémy Recchione, Aligoté is not an introductory wine. It is a varietal in its own right, capable of expressing the identity of a place with great precision.

Les Cerisiers comes from the first plot acquired by the estate, in Messanges, in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. A foundational vineyard, to which the winemakers are deeply attached, and which embodies the spirit of their project.

The nose opens with fresh lemon, pear, white flowers, and a subtle note of wet stone. The palate seduces with its balance between brightness and depth. The texture remains delicate, supported by perfectly integrated acidity and a discreet salinity that naturally prolongs the finish.

A Bourgogne Aligoté of great accuracy, which far surpasses the traditional image of the grape variety. A luminous and precise terroir wine, capable of accompanying both an aperitif and a fine meal.
