This cuvée comes from Clos Durandière, the vineyard that gives the estate its name.

Cabernet Franc finds a profound expression here, built more on the finesse of textures than on power.

The nose progressively reveals black fruits, sweet spices, dried herbs, and a graphite touch, a signature of the Montreuil-Bellay limestone soils.

The palate combines density and movement. The material is ample but never over-extracted, supported by silky tannins and a freshness that carries the wine to a long, straight, and mineral finish.

A Saumur for aging, where precision always takes precedence over showiness.
