Réserve des Célestins 2017

The Réserve des Célestins cuvée is probably the most powerful in Henri Bonneau's oeuvre. It is a selection of the finest barrels, made only in exceptional vintages. This explains why this cuvée is only produced in certain years. The grapes are not destemmed, and vinification takes place in traditional concrete vats. Aging is divided between old foudres and French oak barrels, for 3 to 5 years. Extraordinarily deep and complex, it develops massive and generous aromas of smoke, pepper, and black and red fruits.
