Ombre et Lumière 2024

Ombre et Lumière 2024 is a four-hands cuvée, created by Thibaud Capellaro with his Ardèche neighbor Étienne Seignovert.

The wine lives up to its name. It presents a play of contrasts, between the dark fruit of Syrah, the generosity of Grenache, and the floral brightness of Viognier. Nothing truly dominates. Each grape variety brings its nuance and contributes to a remarkably obvious balance.

The nose combines ripe red fruits, black cherry, sweet spices, and a lighter floral touch. The palate is supple, juicy, immediately enjoyable, yet always supported by a freshness that lengthens the wine and prevents any heaviness.

The texture remains delicate, the tannins fine, with that free and spontaneous energy characteristic of Slope's cuvées.

A luminous red despite its depth, to be enjoyed for its fruit, its movement, and its ability to combine indulgence and freshness in a single burst.
